Director of Land Acquisitions & Entitlements

We are seeking a Director of Land Acquisitions & Entitlements to manage a team and lead all aspects of the residential land acquisition process.

Requirements

• Manage a team and lead all aspects of the residential land acquisition process
• Source, evaluate, and secure lot opportunities in residential communities
• Structure and negotiate innovative deal terms
• Lead contract negotiations
• Manage financial modeling and land development budgets
• Ensure all deals align with company financial and strategic criteria
• Take projects through the entitlement process to obtain development agreements and/or preliminary plans
