Job Description
HouseSmart Construction is seeking an Installer II to join their team. The Installer II will work with the Crew Chief and team to safely and efficiently set up manufactured homes. The role requires general construction experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. The Installer II will be trained in various technical skills, including leveling and bolting floors and walls, and will have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Requirements
- General construction experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable with heights and using a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient with hand/power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench
