Clean Harbors is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of administrative functions.
Requirements
- Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments
- Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking
- Provide support for unbilled invoicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers
- Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management
