Requirements

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Inside Sales, and Sales teams to improve salesforce efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop a detailed understanding of Sales processes and pipeline
• Provide value-added insights to the Sales team through ad-hoc analysis & data deep dives
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Target Setting, adaptation, and tracking
• Resolve Sales queries/appeals related to Targets & Variable compensation
• Identify business opportunities & process gaps
• Develop a detailed understanding of the Company's Sales Budgeting system and processes
