Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager to manage overall branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure the success of the Company and its Employees.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Direct and optimize overall operations
- Provide overall leadership and direction
- Monitor overall branch performance
- Prepare annual budgets and manage profit and loss
- Monitor on-going updates of equipment and parts inventories
- Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff
- Maintain local, state and federal compliance regulations
