Job Description
Safety-Kleen is seeking a Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of their assigned branch office, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Leverage your expertise and experience to join a company dedicated to protecting the environment.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Direct and optimize overall operations
- Monitor overall branch performance
- Provide overall leadership and direction
- Ensure employees are operating in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Conduct periodic field visits
- Work closely with District Manager
- Aggressively market the Company services
- Prepare annual budget
- Monitor on-going updates of equipment, parts inventories, and general purchasing process
- Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff under your management
- Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities for the company
- Direct weekly meetings
- Participate in the preparation of annual recommendations for field and office staff
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
