Job Description
Clean Harbors in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Class A CDL Driver (Hazmat) to operate various trucks/work equipment at customer sites for hazardous waste clean-up. The role involves performing driving and non-driving duties while prioritizing Health and Safety and maintaining sustainability.
Requirements
- Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and assist field laborers as needed
- Manual labor skills for loading and unloading trucks
- Ability to follow company and DOT requirements/regulations
- Ability to safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and federal requirements
- Ability to observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
- Availability to be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis
