HPC Industrial is seeking a District Sales Manager to join their safety conscious team in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, or South Dakota. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing, expanding, and maintaining a minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district, while also managing account managers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Grow, expand, and maintain a minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district
- Manage all account managers and LOB Sales Specialists within the assigned district
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote communication between operations and sales team
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for growing Industrial Cleaning business to achieve company objectives
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Industrial Cleaning methods, and HPC's technical and operational capabilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
