Clean Harbors is looking for a District Manager, Tech Services for Southern California to manage and provide direction to each assigned Branch Manager. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, staffing, mentoring, and developing new talent for Branch Manager positions. Clean Harbors is a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area
• Review operational reports with attention to operational problems, customer concerns, and regulatory compliance and safety issues, and provide operational input
• Provide overall leadership and direction while maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace
• Conduct periodic field visits to inspect the equipment and working environment
