Customer Service Assosciate

Clean Harbors Inc. is a $4.3 billion company providing environmental, energy and industrial services. The Customer Success Associate will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, providing support, and assisting in upselling new services and cross-selling additional products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous experience
• US Shifts (4:30 PM – 9:00 PM as a Login)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
