Data Governance & AI Architect

The Data Governance & AI Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data and AI platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, governed, and ethically aligned.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in data engineering, combined with strategic leadership in data governance and AI architecture
• Systems thinking to bridge business needs with technical execution
• Experience with data lakehouses, data mesh, and real-time streaming systems
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Airflow, and Kafka
• Data modeling standards and governance, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Cloud platforms and optimization for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Regulatory compliance and internal governance initiatives
• Data stewardship and ownership models across business and technical domains
• MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and performance tracking
• Scalability, explainability, and ethical use of AI systems
• Cloud-native services (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
• Data access, encryption, and model transparency controls
• Responsible AI practices including bias detection, fairness, and accountability
