Job Description
The Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics leads the strategy, development, and execution of business intelligence and analytics initiatives across the organization, overseeing a high-performing team and partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prioritize analytics initiatives to maximize business impact and support growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of data warehouses, data lakes, and integration pipelines.
- Lead the adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and metadata management practices.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BI & analytics team.
