Job Description
Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support administrative and shipping/receiving needs of the facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a team environment with strong computer and clerical skills.
Requirements
- Coordinate plant receiving activities
- Perform data entry into Powersuite, WIN, and local databases
- Handle general clerical and administrative duties
- Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels
- Organize and maintain plant paperwork
- Maintain trailer inventories
- Scan and organize storage areas
- Create TPO shipping papers
- Assist with supply management
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization
