Facility Maintenance Repair II

We are seeking an energetic Heavy Industrial Mechanic to join our La Porte TX team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all plant equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing, as well as performing daily preventative maintenance as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Disassemble/Reassemble heavy and mobile equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair
• Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed
• Troubleshoot, repair and test all equipment to ensure functionality
• Utilize propylene cutting rig
• Repair equipment using MIG and/or stick welding
• Enter data for repairs, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, inventory check out and time
• Complete daily work and training on computers
