Job Description
Facility Operations Manager I oversees daily plant operations, supports facility success, and acts as second in command in the absence of the General Manager.
Requirements
- Oversee daily plant operations
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with regulations
- Supervise and develop Operations Supervisors, Plant Foremen, and plant operations personnel
- Monitor waste routing and operational efficiencies
- Develop and communicate daily production goals
- Ensure employees follow Health & Safety policies and SOPs
- Maintain ownership of area-specific permit compliance requirements and environmental regulations
