Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Operations Manager I to oversee daily plant operations and support the overall success of the facility.

Requirements

Manage multiple operational areas including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck loading and offloading, wastewater treatment, fuels blending, and inventory management.
Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with DOT segregation requirements and facility permits.
Supervise and develop Operations Supervisors, Plant Foremen, and plant operations personnel across multiple shifts and departments.
Monitor waste routing and operational efficiencies to support facility throughput and profitability.
Develop and communicate daily production goals while ensuring execution across operational teams.
Ensure employees follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain ownership of area-specific permit compliance requirements and environmental regulations.
Hold employees accountable for safe work practices and operational expectations.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
