Facility Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for a Facility Shipping Coordinator to join our safety-conscious team! This team member will be responsible for planning drum/bulk shipments and execution of the shipping paperwork.

Requirements

• Ensures Health & Safety is the #1 policy by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities using SAP and internal order management systems, ensuring accurate processing of all customers, intercompany, and military orders.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation for all outbound and inbound orders, including pick tickets, Bills of Lading (BOL), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), labels, shipping packets, and required compliance paperwork.
