Job Description
Seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies, and accurate documentation. This role requires new hires to attend a two-week Academy training out of state, covered by the company.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
- Read work order and ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs
- Communicate and train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes
