Job Description
Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and organize the daily operations of the service line crew. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Read work order and ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required
- Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes
- Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working
