Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our safety conscious team. The role will be active in the field responsible for hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. The position requires two-week Academy training out of state, expenses covered by the company, and paid training.
Requirements
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects
- Willingness to work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in atmospheres and locations with the potential for exposure to various chemical and physical agents
- Ability to work in potentially elevated noise levels, confined spaces, and at elevations
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and into and out of trucks, tanks, and containers
- Ability to work extended time periods
