Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for a Field Supervisor to work at a customer location in Garyville, LA and join their safety conscious team. The Supervisor IS is responsible for planning, leading, and organizing daily operations of service line crew, ensuring compliance with Company policies/procedures and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry
- Prior supervisory experience
- RCRA certificates
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management
- Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line
- Current certification as an authorized Company driver
