Job Description
We are looking for an Industrial Field Supervisor to work based out of our branch in Reserve, LA and to join our safety conscious team. This role is responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily operations of the FinFoam crew, ensuring compliance with all Company policies and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements
- Instructs, provides feedback, and directs and assists crew in performance of job duties
- May schedule job and crews
- May dispatch crews based on calls received on nights and weekends
- May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested
- Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Completes all appropriate paperwork
- Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job
