Requirements
- Manage an assigned maintenance organizational entity
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct day-to-day operations
- Manage profit/loss, human resources, recruiting, maintenance, accounting, administration, and public relation functions
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Comply with human resources policies, procedures, laws and regulations
