Foreman IS

Thompson-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Foreman to lead two or more crews in industrial cleaning services. The Foreman will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining good customer relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred
