Clean Harbors is seeking an Environmental & Industrial Sales Account Manager to grow and maintain revenues and EBITDA within an assigned territory, promoting health and safety, revenue and margin growth, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Promote revenue and margin growth
- Develop close relationships with 100-200 existing customers
- Sell products and services to clients
- Negotiate and draft contracts
- Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals
- Present results to DSM on a weekly basis
- Work in tandem with other salespeople to increase cross-sell
- Keep track of customers' purchase cycle and plan accordingly
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Handle disputes and conflicts and troubleshoot with clients
- Deliver effective contract and relationship management
- Lead contract management and collection of invoiced revenue from customers
- Document necessary customer information and interaction
