Hazardous Waste Onsite Operations Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager to oversee company activities and manage staff on customer sites, prioritizing health and safety and promoting sustainability. The role involves coordinating waste management, tracking facility waste, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting facility audits, communicating with customers and logistics teams, and promoting job profitability.

Requirements

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of the Clean Harbors onsite employees for customer's air, water, and/or hazardous waste programs
• Manage and track facility wide “cradle to grave” waste generation, storage, and disposal by providing waste tracking reports
