Manager Regional DC

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional DC Manager to provide management and oversight of Distribution Centers, oversee financial management, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Work with branch managers, area managers, and corporate logistics to meet all required branch needs.
• Maintain budgetary compliance and take corrective action to ensure cost control and reduction where possible.
• Manage and train direct reports for compliance with all operating guidelines and company policies.
• Work with DC operations team, purchasing, and corporate inventory management to ensure adequate and accurate inventories.
• Lead a DC company reorganization project.
• Eliminate DC to DC transactions, implement a FAM structure, and work with purchasing for regionalized purchasing opportunities.
