Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company, is seeking an Operations Manager to manage overall branch operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient management, and driving revenue growth and quoting. The role is responsible for directing and optimizing operations, ensuring health and safety, and providing leadership and direction to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
