Project Manager IS

HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Chemical Cleaning Project Manager to join their safety-conscious team, leading and managing employees in supporting the execution of ultrasonic cleaning projects, and serving as primary customer contact.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of employees
• Write and submit work plans
• Document site activities, change orders, and provide field directives
• Write and communicate with Clients and fellow employees
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand customer issues
• Take the lead on all credit and collections issues
• Provide engineering and technical support to industrial service offices
• Take full responsibility for all facets of a project, including finances and documentation
• Provide technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection and procurement
• Enforce policies and procedures as it relates to Health & Safety
• Work closely with the Director of Health and Safety and VP resolving issues in an appropriate and timely manner
