Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Waste Sales Manager for Canada. The role is responsible for leading a team of Waste Sales Representatives, actively selling, and managing, mentoring, and leading the team to drive net-new customer acquisition and achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.
Requirements
- Oversee a team of Waste Sales Representatives
- Actively sell to meet individual quota
- Manage, mentor, and lead the team
- Hire, train, coach, and lead the team
- Develop and implement strategies to target new customers
- Participate in joint sales calls with representatives
- Make outbound calls to support closing large deals
- Act as a resource for complex proposals and pricing strategies
