Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery routes, managing e-commerce deliveries, and providing training to employees to ensure daily routes are completed in the most efficient manner possible.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Train, develop, and manage sales and service route drivers
- Manage flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner
