Service Delivery Manager

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage daily routes, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational adherence to regulations. The role involves training and developing sales and service route drivers, conducting check-in/check-out processes, and fulfilling duties of a route driver when absent. The position requires a strong focus on health and safety, as well as sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a safety, operations, or sales role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
