Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing delivery routes, managing e-commerce deliveries, providing training to employees, and ensuring daily routes are completed in the most efficient manner possible.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
