TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Manager

Own CSE's presence and performance on TikTok Shop end-to-end, from storefront strategy to affiliate and creator program, and drive results. The role requires hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and a proven ability to build and scale a TikTok Shop affiliate or creator program.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social commerce
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop
• Proven experience building or scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate or creator program
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center
• Data-literate
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Highly organized and self-directed
• High ownership mentality
