CleanCapital is a diversified clean energy company focused on the middle-market solar and storage industry. The company is looking for a Director, Development to manage a team of development professionals and develop select projects within its pipeline of solar and energy storage projects.

Requirements

• Lead full life cycle development of solar and storage projects
• Manage a team of development professionals
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison with partners on routine project and partnership needs
• Communicate, coordinate and manage relevant project parties internally and externally
• Manage project development schedules and budgets
• 10+ years of experience in renewable energy development
• Proven project and people management skills
• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding of project development clean energy business processes
