Job Description
CleanCapital is a leading independent power producer focused on distributed clean energy. The Vice President, Acquisitions will lead transactional due diligence, modeling, and investment screening, as well as lead M&A and project finance transactions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy acquisitions and financing
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- Technical understanding of clean energy business processes
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
