Job Description
Join CleanSlate Centers as a Nurse Practitioner and play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Requirements
- Active NP license and DEA registration in state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferred
- Comfort with EMRs and a fast-paced clinical setting
