Job Description
Join CleanSlate Centers as an Outpatient Center Medical Director and lead clinical teams, mentor providers, and shape outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA
- Fellowship training in Addiction Medicine preferred (not required)
- Background in Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, or Emergency Medicine with addiction experience welcomed
- Active state license and controlled substance registration
- Proven leadership capabilities and a commitment to team-based care
- EMR fluency and strong communication and documentation skills
- A compassionate, servant-leader mindset and dedication to treating substance use disorders
