Senior Accountant - Technical & Financial Reporting

CleanSpark is a market-leading data center developer seeking a Senior Accountant to lead technical accounting research efforts and author accounting position memos on complex transactions. The successful candidate will prepare and review disclosures and supporting schedules for SEC filings, communicate effectively across accounting teams, and maintain accounting policy documentation.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 3–6 years of progressive experience in public accounting or technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and related reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
