Bat Specialist - Ecology Senior or Principal

We're looking for a Senior Ecologist with a strong background in bat ecology to lead projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and shape ecological solutions delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UK habitat and protected species assessment
• Proven experience in bat surveys, mitigation design, and implementation
• Bat survey and/or mitigation licence (highly desirable)
• Sound knowledge of legislation, particularly EPS licensing
• Strong report writing and technical review skills
• Experience managing projects and, ideally, people
• Relevant degree in ecology or related discipline
