Proposal Manager

We are seeking a Proposals Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development, drive inputs from technical and commercial teams, and build bid plans to ensure submissions meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in proposals, bids or commercial support roles
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or solution-led SaaS selling into utility-style customers (strongly preferred)
• Comfortable producing tailored, solution-driven submissions rather than commodity/off-the-shelf products
• Able to work across operational teams through to senior leadership
• Highly organised, proactive and confident driving inputs across teams
• Confident using Salesforce to manage opportunity flow and reporting
