Job Description
As a Dermatopathologist, you will be responsible for examining skin tissue samples and diagnosing skin diseases and conditions, working in a laboratory setting. You will communicate findings to other medical professionals and contribute to developing treatment plans.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Residency training in dermatology and fellowship training in dermatopathology
- Board certification in dermatopathology
- State medical license to practice medicine
- Strong understanding of clinical dermatology and pathological techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting microscopic tissue samples
- Excellent communication skills
