Clear is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager, New Ventures to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio.
Requirements
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate the value of new products
- Drive attach rate growth through targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle
- Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize offer timing and relevance
- Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
- Act as the cross-functional lead aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand to execute seamless launches and ongoing optimization
