Job Description
Lifestyle Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to lease units to qualified candidates, with responsibilities including presenting properties, maintaining inventory, and selling units to prospective residents.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-contact capacity or customer-service role
- Past real estate leasing experience
- High level of energy and a 'people person'
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule - specifically weekends and weekdays after 5pm
- Yardi experience
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25-50 lbs
