Job Description
Lifestyle Apartments Shreveport is hiring Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation: $18-$22/hr, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of property management maintenance experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- EPA Certified is a bonus
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Available for duty on a rotational basis for after-hours emergency
