Regional Property Manager

Clear Investment Group is a boutique real estate investment firm seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee sub-portfolios, lead on-site staff, and develop operational systems to promote property stabilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in property management
• Experience in stabilizing distressed assets (Class C)
• Leadership and management experience (5+ years)
• Ability to read and analyze property-level financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and walk-up multiple flights of stairs
