Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, dedicated, passionate and money-hungry Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities in the SME sector and permanent recruitment. The role offers a basic salary of up to £23,000 plus commission topping up to an OTE of over £50,000, flexible working, and progression opportunities.
Requirements
- Ambitious and highly driven sales professional
- Seasoned and consultative sales professional
- Understanding of the SME sector and permanent recruitment
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to make cold calls to decision-makers at all levels
