We are seeking motivated and energetic Medicare Sales Agents to join our fun and energetic Insurance Sales team. Agents will drive Medicare Sales through outbound calls and a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals, earning a competitive base wage with performance bonuses. Requirements

• Must have be Active 2-15 License
• AHIP Certification preferred
• Previous Medicare Sales/Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate well with clients
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to stay confident in high-stress work environment
• Ability to explain complex insurance programs to callers
