Personal Lines Acct Manager

This role is for a Personal Lines Account Manager with a focus on renewing policies, service for clients, and business development. The position involves managing up to 65% of the business through residential, commercial, and boat related policies. The role is a mix of front-line and business development.

Requirements

• Experience with Epic
• Independent Agency
• Frontline carrier knowledge (Adcock Insurance, PrimeGroup, Adcock Insurance, Stellar, Andy Wilson, Morrow Insurance, etc.)
• Home ownership experience (70% home, 25% auto/boat)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
