Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer success manager, inside sales or account manager role
- Upsell/cross-sell skills and ability to convey Clearco's value
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and/or skills
- Previous experience in a B2B Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS environment
- Experience with a tech stack involving a CRM (Salesforce), engagement platform (Outreach), and internal communication and knowledge-sharing software (Slack and Notion)
